Abstract: Purpose/Significance To clarify the current status, trends, and existing issues of China’s medical and health standard system under the context of digital-intelligent integration, and to propose improvement strategies. Methods/Process A framework for the digital-intelligent healthcare standards system was developed, and under its guidance, the current state of standardization in digital-intelligent healthcare was analyzed from three dimensions: the standards system, standards supply, and standards demand. Based on this analysis, existing problems and challenges were discussed, and corresponding countermeasures and recommendations were proposed. Results/Conclusion The current standardization efforts in digital-intelligent healthcare suffer from inadequate top-level design alignment, imbalanced supply structures, and delayed responsiveness to demand. It is recommended to improve the standards system that integrates digital and intelligent technologies, optimize the standard supply structure and promote hierarchical coordination and scenario-based integrated application, and explore agile, AI-enabled standard formulation processes and collaborative ecosystem building.
