Abstract: The application of artificial intelligence in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnosis and treatment enhances the efficiency of medical processes and promotes the digitization and standardization of results by standardizing the collection and interpretation of the four diagnostic methods. This advancement supports the global promotion of TCM. Although AI has been gradually integrated into clinical workflows, certain limitations remain. This paper reviews the current applications of AI in key areas such as TCM information collection, medical record documentation, data mining, and assisted diagnosis and treatment. It further analyzes the prospects and challenges of AI in advancing the standardization of TCM, aiming to provide insights and references for expanding the scope of AI in TCM practice.
