Abstract: Objective To analyze medication experience and patterns for treating enuresis in children using data mining technology. Methods Collect medical cases of enuresis in children treated by Professor Shao Zhengyang from August 21, 2022, to May 30, 2025. Use Excel 2020 to organize the medical case information and establish a database. Apply SPSS software and the Apriori algorithm for statistical data analysis (including clinical symptoms, medication frequency, drug properties, flavors, and meridian tropism) to analyze Professor Shao’s medication patterns in treating enuresis in children. Results?A total of 122 prescriptions were included, involving 148 Chinese herbal medicines. Among them, 22 core herbs (frequency of use ≥ 18) were identified in Professor Shao Zhengyangs treatment of enuresis in children, including Gan Cao,Yi Zhi Ren, Wu Yao, Shi Chang Pu, Jiang Ban Xia, among others. Cluster analysis revealed three groups of clustered prescriptions. Conclusion Professor Shao Zhengyangs clinical treatment of enuresis in children follows the principle of warming and tonifying the lower origin, consolidating and awakening the spirit, while also paying attention to the protection of the lung and spleen. For cases involving damp-heat in the liver meridian, the method is supplemented with clearing liver heat and draining fire. The commonly used formula is his self-designed Yiniao fang.
