Abstract: Objective: To explore the prescription and medication pattern and potential mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of age-related deafness (ARHL) based on data mining and network pharmacology. Methods: through the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, VIP,selected since the opening of the library of the literature of Chinese medicine treatment of ARHL through the use of Excel2019, Spss Statistics25, Spss Modeler18.0 for statistical analysis, the use of R4.4.2 for the visual analysis of the law of compounding medication in the literature ,The core drug combinations were screened out.The intersecting targets of TCM and diseases were obtained from TCMSP, GeneCards and other databases, and the drug-component-target network was constructed by using Cytoscape software to obtain the core targets and analyzed by GO and KEGG enrichment in DAVID database. The core targets were obtained and analyzed by GO and KEGG enrichment in DAVID database
