    Abstract: Objective :to explore the application value of typical cases database combined with diagnostic and treatment mind maps in undergraduate obstetrics and gynecology internship teaching. Metheds: A total of 110 clinical medicine students who practiced in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from June 2022 to April 2023 were selected, and the 110 internship students were randomly grouped into a control group and an experimental group? using a random number table. The control group was taught by the traditional teachers lecture method during the internship, and the experimental group was taught by the typical case database combined with the common disease mind maps teaching method.The students performance was assessed through discharge test scores (including comprehensive basic knowledge, case analysis, and clinical thinking), and a student questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness.
