Abstract: Respiratory infectious diseases are one of the most frequent infectious diseases at present, which have great impact on human beings. Pathogen detection is the key measure of prevention and control. High throughput rapid detection technology is a kind of technology that can detect multiple samples at one time or complete multiple detection items in the same reaction system at the same time, with the advantages of high speed and high accuracy. Multiple PCR, gene sequencing and biochip technology are currently widely used in the rapid detection of respiratory infectious diseases. The advantages and disadvantages of these three detection technologies are discussed, and the prospects of high-throughput detection technologies are also discussed.
