Clinical Experience of Yang Bingxiu in Treating Infertility Caused by Diminished Ovarian ReserveTang Jiali, Qiao Jiang(The First Clinical College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, Changsha, Hunan, 410007)

• 摘要：卵巢储备功能下降(diminished ovarian reserve,DOR)是由于卵母细胞数量减少和(或)质量下降,导致卵巢功能减退,引起女性生育能力下降,表现为不孕或受孕能力困难等。本文基于杨秉秀教授临床辨证思路,从“阴阳失和”角度出发,探讨病理性DOR相关不孕的发病病机,总结其治疗原则及方药应用,自拟“毓巢方”灵活配伍,根据不同月经周期的特点分期论治,以求恢复人体阴阳平衡、肝顺脾调状态,并结合现代排卵监测技术,在临床上卓有成效。最后附典型病例一则以资佐证。

  Abstract: Diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) is a condition characterized by a decline in female fertility due to a reduction in the number and/or quality of oocytes, leading to decreased ovarian function and symptoms such as infertility or difficulty in conception. Based on Professor Yang Bingxius clinical diagnostic and therapeutic approach, this article explores the pathogenesis of DOR-related infertility from the perspective of imbalance of yin and yang, summarizes the treatment principles and application of prescriptions, and proposes a self-designed Yuchao Formula with flexible combinations. The formula is used to treat patients according to the characteristics of different menstrual cycles, aiming to restore the balance of yin and yang and the harmonious state of the liver and spleen in the body. Combined with modern ovulation monitoring techniques, it has achieved remarkable results in clinical practice. A typical case is attached at the end for reference.
