摘要:[]目的:探究同伴反馈在住院医师规范化培训骨髓穿刺术中保持长期效果的研究。方法:将52名住院医师随机分为同伴反馈组(n=26)和教师反馈组(n=26)进行骨髓穿刺术的技能培训及反馈,对比两组训练前后技能成绩和学习效果满意度评分。结果:训练后,同伴反馈组和教师反馈组学员的骨髓穿刺技能成绩、学习效果满意度评分均较训练前提升(P<0.05);与教师反馈组相比,同伴反馈组在训练后1周及2月骨髓穿刺得分与学习效果满意度评分均更高(P<0.05);同伴反馈组及教师反馈组在评价后2月成绩及学习效果满意度评分均较评价后1周显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:同伴反馈相比教师反馈可以提高住院医师的短期骨髓穿刺能力,增加住院医师学习效果满意度,但在长期保持方面仍需进一步探索增加训练及反馈评估的频次。
Abstract: Purpose:The aim of this study is to examine the long-term impact of peer feedback on residents ability to perform bone marrow punctures during standardized training.Method: For skill training and feedback on bone marrow puncture, fifty-two residents were split into two groups at random: a teacher feedback group (n=26) and a peer feedback group (n=26). Before and after training, the two groups skill scores and assessments of their level of learning pleasure were compared. Findings: Following training, learning satisfaction ratings and bone marrow puncture skill scores significantly improved for both the instructor feedback group and the peer feedback group (P < 0.05). At one week and two months after training, the peer feedback group rated their learning satisfaction and bone marrow puncture scores higher than the teacher feedback group (P < 0.05).At two months, however, scores and learning satisfaction ratings significantly decreased for both groups as compared to one week after the examination (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Compared to teacher input, peer feedback can improve residents short-term bone marrow puncture skills and raise their level of learning satisfaction. To ascertain the ideal frequency of training and feedback evaluations for long-term retention, more research is necessary.
