Review on the immunotherapy in allergic rhinitis

• 摘要：【 】 过敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis, AR)是全球最常见的慢性疾病之一,是一个全球性的健康问题。目前,免疫疗法(allergen-specific immunotherapy, AIT)仍然是治疗AR的常见方法。本文通过简要介绍AR发病机制、AIT的特点及其在AR中的应用, 发现AIT治疗AR疗效显著, 能有效缓减鼻塞、流涕、 改善失眠及抑郁情绪等其它伴随症状,并对AR常见合并症具有良好的治疗效果。 通过对AR病因进一步探索及总结不同AIT对AR的改善情况, 以期为临床应用AIT治疗AR提供参考。

  Abstract: Allergic rhinitis (AR) is one of the most common chronic diseases in the world and is a global health problem. Currently, allergen-specific immunotherapy (AIT) is still a common treatment for AR. In this paper, by briefly introducing the pathogenesis of AR, the characteristics of AIT and its application in AR. It is found that AIT is effective in treating AR, alleviating nasal congestion, runny nose, insomnia, depression and other accompanying symptoms, and has good therapeutic effects on the common comorbidities of AR. By further exploring the etiology of AR and summarizing the improvement of AR by different AIT, we hope to provide reference for the clinical application of AIT in the treatment of AR.
