• 摘要：心房颤动(AF atrial fibrillation)是临床上常见的心律失常之一,随着年龄的增长,其发病率逐渐增加。心房颤动具有较高的致残和致死风险,是全世界主要的公共卫生问题之一。目前,对于药物治疗无效的症状性心房颤动患者,导管消融术在终止心房颤动和预防复发方面优于抗心律失常药物。尽管导管消融术可以显著终止心房颤动的发作,但仍有部分患者存在复发的情况。心房颤动导管消融术后的复发问题仍然具有挑战。研究表明,心房结构、心房颤动持续时间、术中操作技术以及术后合理使用抗心律失常药物等因素可能与术后心房颤动的复发相关。本文综述了心房颤动导管消融术后的相关复发因素。

  Abstract: Atrial fibrillation(AF) is one of the common clinical arrhythmias,and its incidence gradually increases with age.AF carries a high risk of disability and mortality and is a major global public health issue.Currently,for symptomatic AF patients in whom drug therapy is ineffective,catheter ablation is superior to antiarrhythmic drugs in both terminating AF and preventing recurrence.Although catheter ablation can significantly terminate AF episodes,recurrence still occurs in some patients.The issue of recurrence after AF catheter ablation remains challenging.Studies suggest that factors such as atrial structure,duration of AF,intraoperative techniques,and appropriate postoperative use of antiarrhythmic drugs may be related to AF recurrence after ablation.This article reviews the relevant factors associated with AF recurrence after catheter ablation.
