Clinical Observation on Xuanfei Liyan Tang in Treating Post-infected Cough with Wind Heat Invading Lung Syndrome

• 摘要：目的：探讨宣肺利咽汤治疗感染后咳嗽风热犯肺证的临床疗效。方法：选取本院门诊2023年1月至2024年1月感染后咳嗽患者60例，采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组予口服西药复方甲氧那明，观察组予服用宣肺利咽汤，每日1剂，两组疗程均为1周。连续治疗1周后评估两组患者的疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分及视觉模拟评分。结果：观察组疗效（96.67%）高于对照组（76.67%）（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗后中医证候评分、视觉模拟评分均较治疗前降低，且观察组下降水平均优于对照组（P<0.05）；结论：宣肺利咽汤对治疗感染后咳嗽风热犯肺证临床疗效显著。

  Abstract: Objective: Explore the clinical efficacy of Xuanfei Liyan Tang in treating post-infectious cough with wind-heat against the lung evidence. Methods: A total of 60 patients with post-infectious cough were selected from January 2023 to January 2024 in our outpatient clinic, and were randomly divided into 30 cases each in the control group and the observation group by using the random number table method. The control group was given oral western medicine compound methoxynamine, and the observation group was given Xuanfei Liyan Tang, one dose per day, and the course of treatment for both groups was a week. After continuous treatment for one week, the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated, and the Chinese medicine symptom scores and visual analogue scores before and after treatment were assessed. Results: The therapeutic efficacy of the observation group (96.67%) was higher than that of the reference group (76.67%) (p<0.05); The Chinese medicine symptom scores and visual analogue scores of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the decline levels of the observation group were more favourable than those of the control group (P<0.05); Conclusion: Xuanfei Liyan Tang was clinically effective in the treatment of post-infectious cough and the syndrome of wind-heat against the lungs.
