摘要:目的/意义:生物医药数据科学是新兴交叉学科,课程体系亟待系统构建。本文通过实证分析揭示该专业课程体系的现状与特征,为专业建设规范和课程优化提供依据。方法/过程:以全国25所开设院校为调查对象,收集22所院校必修课课程名称及15所院校课程学时数据。依据《中华人民共和国学科分类与代码国家标准》将课程归入13个学科大类,从学科分布、院校—学科双向聚类、核心课程三个维度开展定量分析,并与数据科学与大数据技术专业进行结构对比。结果/结论:开设院校自2020年起快速增长,以华东、东北地区公办院校为主。课程体系形成计算机科学技术(46.82%)、数学与统计学(17.84%)、生物学与基础医学(14.41%)三大支柱;院校聚类呈现偏医学均衡型与计算机主导型两类取向;核心课程开设率超80%,但存在学科融合表面化、课程标准不一等问题。结果表明该专业课程体系已初步形成但尚未成熟,建议增设融合型核心课程和制定课程标准。
Abstract: Purpose/Significance: Biomedical data science is an emerging interdisciplinary field, and the curriculum system urgently needs systematic construction. This paper reveals the current situation and characteristics of the curriculum system of this major through empirical analysis, providing a basis for standardizing the construction of the major and optimizing the curriculum. Method/Process: Taking 25 universities nationwide that offer the program as the survey subjects, we collected the names of compulsory courses from 22 universities and course hour data from 15 universities. According to the ''National Standard of Discipline Classification and Codes of the People''s Republic of China,'' the courses were classified into 13 major disciplinary categories. Quantitative analysis was conducted from three dimensions: disciplinary distribution, university-discipline bidirectional clustering, and core courses, and a structural comparison was made with the Data Science and Big Data Technology major.Result/Conclusion: Since 2020, the number of institutions offering the program has grown rapidly, mainly public institutions in East China and Northeast China. The curriculum system has formed three main pillars: Computer Science and Technology (46.82%), Mathematics and Statistics (17.84%), and Biology and Basic Medicine (14.41%). Institutional clustering shows two orientations: a medicine-balanced typeand a computer-dominant type. The offering rate of core courses exceeds 80%, but problems such as superficial interdisciplinary integration and inconsistent curriculum standards exist. The results indicate that the curriculum system of this major has been initially formed but is not yet mature. It is recommended to add integrated core courses and establish curriculum standards.
