摘要:目的/意义 解决山西省中药材产业生产底数不清、监管滞后、数据分散等问题,以数字化赋能产业规范化发展,为省级中药材产业统计监测体系建设提供实践参考。方法/过程 制定山西特色中药材监测指标体系,以微服务架构为核心,设计并构建涵盖统计、监测数据管理、数据展示的省级中药材生产统计系统,完成标准化接口改造与多重数据安全部署,针对建设中的指标构建、数据采集、业务协同难题提出对应解决对策。结果/结论 系统实现种植、加工数据全流程的数字化管理,大幅提升了统计效率与准确率,实现质量安全实时预警,为政府决策、企业发展提供数据支撑。
Abstract: Purpose/Significance To solve the problems of unclear production data, lagging supervision and scattered data in the Chinese medicinal materials industry in Shanxi Province, empower the standardized development of the industry through digitalized, and provide practical references for the construction of a provincial-level statistical and monitoring system for the Chinese medicinal materials industry. Methods/Processes Taking the microservice architecture as the core, a monitoring indicator system with Shanxi characteristics for Chinese medicinal materials was formulated,and a provincial-level Chinese medicinal materials production statistics system,which covering statistics, monitoring data management and data display,was designed and built. The standardized interface transformation and multi-layered data security deployment were completed. Corresponding solutions were proposed for the difficulties in establish of indicators, data capture and business collaboration of construction. Results/Conclusion The system has been realized the whole-process digital management of planting and processing data, which greatly improved the statistical efficiency and accuracy, and realized real-time early warning of quality and safety. It serves as data support for government decision-making and enterprise development.
