• 摘要：以分析《伤寒论》第 104 条原文为核心，从少阳阳明并病基础理论角度出发，对功能性便秘的临床防治思路从新进行探讨。系统分析少阳枢机不利、邪传阳明的病机演变及整体传变规律，阐述小柴胡汤与柴胡加芒硝汤的分步论治、多法并用的诊治过程，结合临床应用悬空灸辅助疗法，讨论本条文既病防变的思想内核，并在便秘辨治中应注重和解少阳与轻清阳明，尤适正气已虚、燥结未甚之便秘轻证，为临床上防治功能性便秘提供了重要的经方依据与创新的辨治思路。

   

  Abstract: 【】Based on the analysis of the original Article 104 of treatise on febrile diseases, this paper discusses the clinical prevention and treatment of functional constipation from the perspective of the basic theory of Shaoyang Yangming disease. This paper systematically analyzes the pathogenesis evolution and the overall transmission law of Shaoyang axis disadvantageous and the transmission of evil to Yangming, and expounds the diagnosis and treatment process of Xiaochaihu Decoction and Chaihu plus mirabilite decoction, including step-by-step treatment, reconciliation and light treatment, combined with the clinical application of suspended moxibustion (Zhongwan, Shenque). It is believed that this article focuses on the idea of preventive treatment of existing diseases and prevention of change. In the treatment of constipation, attention should be paid to the reconciliation of Shaoyang and qingyangming, especially for mild constipation with deficiency of vital qi and lack of dryness. At the same time, it provides an important classical basis and treatment ideas for the prevention and treatment of functional constipation in clinic.
