• 摘要：女性功能性便秘（Functional Constipation,FC）是女性群体中一种非常常见的慢性疾病，中医学认为，女子以血为本，因其特殊的生理特点常导致血液亏虚，这种血虚体质往往是多种疾病的发病基础。基于“津血同源”理论，王旭东主任认为气血津液不足是女性功能性便秘的重要病机，系统阐述津血在女性功能性便秘因机证治全过程的重要意义，在临证辨治时注重标本兼治，总结以补益气血、滋阴增液为治则进行治疗，以经方灵活加减运用自拟补血生津方疗效显著，并附验案一则加以佐证。

   

  Abstract: 【】Functional constipation (FC) is a prevalent chronic condition among women. According to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), women are characterized by blood as their essence; therefore, the insufficiency of qi, blood, and body fluids plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of functional constipation in women. Based on the theory that body fluids and blood share the same origin, Dr. Wang Xudong posits that female constipation is primarily caused by the depletion of qi, blood, and body fluids, leading to insufficient moisture in the intestines. He formulates the treatment principle as nourishing qi and blood while enriching yin and body fluids. Dr. Wang systematically elucidates the pivotal role of body fluids and blood throughout the etiology, syndrome differentiation, and treatment of functional constipation in women. In clinical practice, Dr. Wang emphasizes addressing both symptoms and root causes, and his flexible application of classical prescriptions has yielded significant therapeutic outcomes. A case study is provided to substantiate this approach.
