Research on the Structure of Outpatient Costs Against the Background of High-Quality Development of Public Hospitals

• 摘要：目的：分析宁夏某三甲口腔医院2016-2024年门诊费用的结构变动趋势及关键影响因素，为优化费用结构、合理控制医疗费用提供决策参考。方法：采用结构变动法评价宁夏某三甲口腔医院门诊费用结构变动情况，并采用灰色关联法确定影响门诊费用增长的主要因素。结果：手术费、治疗费与材料费是影响结构变动的主要因素，而药品费与检查检验费的关联度及结构变动贡献率均相对较低，治疗费与门诊费用的关联程度最高。结论：该院费用结构已破除“以耗养医”困局，应继续控制口腔耗材成本和深化绩效改革等，以推进公立医院高质量发展。

  Abstract: Objective: To analyze the structural change trend and key influencing factors of outpatient costs in a tertiary stomatological hospital in Ningxia from 2016 to 2024, and to provide decision-making reference for optimizing the cost structure and reasonably controlling medical expenses. Methods: Descriptive analysis and structural change method were used to evaluate the structural changes of outpatient expenses in a tertiary stomatological hospital in Ningxia, and grey correlation method was used to determine the main factors affecting the growth of outpatient expenses. Results: Operation cost, treatment cost and material cost were the main factors affecting the structural change, while the correlation between drug cost and inspection cost and the contribution rate of structural change were relatively low, and the correlation between treatment cost and outpatient cost was the highest. Conclusion: The cost structure of the hospital has broken the dilemma of “consuming medical expenses.” We should continue to control the cost of oral consumables, expand the scope of medical insurance reimbursement, and promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.
