Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based on the Theory of Internal Injury to the Spleen-Stomach Causing All Diseases

• 摘要：慢性萎缩性胃炎属于慢性胃炎的一种类型，部分病例可进展为胃癌，被视为重要的癌前状态；临床常以对症治疗为主，聚焦胃局部病灶，缺乏整体调理，难以有效延缓胃黏膜萎缩。本文基于“内伤脾胃，百病由生”理论，探讨CAG病机核心与中医诊疗思路，并结合临床验案具体阐述，旨在为CAG患者的治疗提供新思路。

  Abstract: Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) is a type of chronic gastritis. Some cases may progress to gastric cancer and are thus regarded as an important precancerous condition. Clinical treatment is usually symptomatic, focusing on local gastric lesions but lacking holistic regulation, making it difficult to effectively delay gastric mucosal atrophy. Based on the theory that internal injury to the spleen and stomach leads to all diseases, this paper discusses the core pathogenesis of CAG and its diagnosis and treatment strategies in traditional Chinese medicine, supported by clinical cases, aiming to provide new ideas for the treatment of patients with CAG.
