The Prescription Strategy of Wumen Antihypertensive Herbal Paste: A Therapeutic Approach from the Spleen and Stomach Perspective

• 摘要：高血压是临床上常见的心血管疾病之一,是导致心、脑血管疾病发生和死亡的重要原因之一,严重威胁人类健康,已成为全球重大公共卫生问题。膏方是一种具有悠久历史传统中医疗法,常适用于以虚损证候为主的内伤杂病,在江南地区已形成了独有的冬令进补膏滋的风气。吴门降压膏方传承了吴门明清医家膏方用药指导思想,在治疗高血压病方面具有一定的临床优势,本文将从脾胃入手,探讨吴门降压膏方的处方思路,并附医案一则。

  Abstract: AbsrtactHypertension is prevalent cardiovascular disease and a major contributor to global cardiovascular and cerebrovascular morbidity and mortality, posing a significant threat to public health. The herbal paste (Gao Fang), a traditional Chinese medicine preparation with a long history, is commonly used to treat chronic debilitated conditions characterized by deficiency patterns. Its application as a winter tonic has become a distinctive tradition in the Jiangnan region of China. Inheriting the medicinal principles of the Wumen medical school from the Ming and Qing dynasties, Wumen Antihypertensive Herbal Paste demonstrates notable clinical advantages in managing hypertension. This article explores the formulation rationale of this herbal paste, emphasizing its therapeutic focus on the spleen and stomach, and includes a supporting case study.
