Analysis of Professor Liu Hongqis Experience in Treating Premature Ovarian Failure with Herbal Pastes

• 摘要：卵巢功能的衰退是一个动态发展演变过程，卵巢早衰是此过程的终末阶段。近年来卵巢早衰发病率不断上升，呈现年轻化趋势，因其病因多样，发病机制复杂，治疗手段局限，已成为妇产科生殖内分泌领域的一大研究难点，也是临床上诸多医家的研究热点。中药膏方治疗本病具有独特优势，可标本兼顾，徐徐图之。刘宏奇教授详辨病因，四诊合参，认为本病的主要病机为“肾虚血瘀”，在此基础上辨证论治，提出补肾活血的治疗原则，并结合多年临证经验，创制膏方补肾填精、活血化瘀治疗卵巢早衰，临床疗效满意。

  Abstract: The decline of ovarian function is a dynamic development and evolution process, and premature ovarian failure is the final stage of this process. In recent years, the incidence of premature ovarian failure has been on the rise, showing a trend of younger age. Due to its diverse causes, complex pathogenesis and limited treatment methods, it has become a major research difficulty in the field of reproductive endocrinology in obstetrics and gynecology, and also a research hotspot for many medical practitioners in clinical practice. Traditional Chinese medicine pastes have unique advantages in treating this disease, as they can address both the symptoms and the root cause, and proceed gradually. Professor Liu Hongqi carefully identified the cause of the disease, combined the four diagnostic methods, and believed that the main pathogenesis of this disease was kidney deficiency and blood stasis. On this basis, he differentiated the syndrome and proposed the therapeutic principle of tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation. Combining his many years of clinical experience, he created a paste formula to tonify the kidney, fill essence, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis for the treatment of premature ovarian failure, and the clinical effect was satisfactory.
