Clinical Experience in Treating Recurrence after Radiofrequency Ablation for Premature Ventricular Contractions Based on the Theory of Deficiency and Obstruction

• 摘要：射频消融术虽然是当前治疗室性期前收缩的主要方式之一，但存在术后复发率较高等局限。认为其病机以心、脾虚损为本，痰、瘀、气滞成痹为标，在临床治疗上以本为主，标本兼治，倡导健脾养心，通脉定悸,自拟经验方健脾定悸汤，随证加减，疗效明显；同时，注重“治”、“调”相结合，以达到气血条畅、阴阳平和的状态。通过总结基于“虚、痹”论治室性期前收缩射频消融术后复发临床经验以期为临床提供参考。

  Abstract: Premature ventricular contractions fall under the category of palpitations in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Professor XIE Haibo believes that the root pathogenesis lies in deficiency of the heart and spleen, while phlegm, blood stasis, and qi stagnation forming obstruction are the secondary manifestations. In clinical treatment, the focus is on addressing the root cause while also managing the secondary aspects, advocating for strengthening the spleen and nourishing the heart, unblocking the vessels, and calming palpitations. He developed the empirical formula Jianpi Dingji Decoction with modifications based on syndrome differentiation, achieving significant therapeutic effects. This article summarizes Professor XIE Haibos clinical experience in treating recurrent premature ventricular contractions after radiofrequency ablation based on the theory of deficiency and obstruction, aiming to provide reference for clinical practice.
