• 摘要：本文基于“三焦枢机”理论，探讨程教授其运用磁圆梅针调治肿瘤相关性失眠的临床经验。认为CRI的核心病机在于癌毒及治疗损伤耗伤气血，导致三焦气化失常，枢机壅滞，进而水火不济，阴阳失交。据此以“通调三焦，导潜浮阳”为治法，并充分发挥磁圆梅针“磁、圆、梅”三位一体之特性，以磁梅花针头“通调”三焦经络，以磁圆针“导潜”浮阳，重点叩刺要穴，镇潜上扰之虚火，引其下归肾元。典型病例分析表明，针对阴阳失交，三焦壅滞的病机，以通调三焦，导潜浮阳，交通心肾为治则，本法能显著改善患者睡眠质量及伴随症状，且安全无副作用，其经验具有重要临床参考价值，值得推广。

  Abstract: Based on the theory of the Sanjiao Pivot Mechanism, this article explores Professor Chengs clinical experience in using the Magnetic-Rounded-Plum Needle to treat cancer-related insomnia. It is proposed that the core pathogenesis of CRI lies in the consumption of qi and blood due to cancerous toxins and treatment-related damage, leading to abnormal qi transformation in the Sanjiao, stagnation of the pivot mechanism, and subsequently, imbalance between water and fire as well as disrupted communication between yin and yang. Accordingly, the treatment principle focuses onunblocking and regulating the Sanjiao, guiding and subduing floating yang.The unique integration of magnetic, rounded, and plum characteristics of the needle is fully utilized: the magnetic plum needle head is used to unblock and regulate the Sanjiao meridians, while the magnetic rounded needle guides and subdues floating yang. Key acupoints are stimulated to calm deficient fire disturbing the upper body and guide it back to the kidney source. Analysis of typical cases demonstrates that this method significantly improves sleep quality and alleviates accompanying symptoms without adverse effects. Targeting the dysregulated yin-yang interaction and Sanjiao stagnation, the approach of regulating the Sanjiao, subduing floating yang, and restoring heart-kidney communication holds important clinical reference value and is worthy of promotion.
