Advancements in the utilisation of Try-in paste within the domain of prosthodontics

  • 摘要:试色糊剂在口腔修复学中具有重要应用价值。随着口腔美学修复需求的日益增长,试色糊剂作为口腔修复治疗中的关键辅助材料,不仅能实现颜色匹配,帮助医生和患者预览修复效果,还在口腔教育和科研等领域中发挥着重要作用。然而,试色糊剂的颜色匹配效果会受基底颜色、修复体厚度、粘接剂色调、环境因素及试色糊剂自身特性等多因素影响。此外,尽管现有清洁方法无法彻底清除试色糊剂,但少量残留对修复效果影响有限。未来研究需聚焦于开发多功能、高匹配性的新型试色糊剂,探索更有效的清洁技术,以推动口腔美学修复技术的持续进步。本文综述了试色糊剂在口腔修复学中的应用进展,包括其作用机理、使用方法、应用场景、影响因素、清洁方法和存在的问题,并对其提出了展望和建议,以期为试色糊剂的发展提供参考与依据。

    Abstract: Try-in paste has important applications in dentistry. In the context of an expanding demand for aesthetic restorative dentistry, the utilisation of try-in paste as a pivotal auxiliary material in restorative dentistry confers numerous advantages. These include facilitating colour matching, enabling doctors and patients to preview restorative effects intuitively. Moreover, the application of this material is of considerable significance within the domains of dental education and scientific research. However, the colour matching effect of the try-in paste is affected by multiple factors, including the colour of the substrate, the thickness of the restoration, the hue of the adhesive, environmental factors and the characteristics of the try-in paste itself. Furthermore, while extant cleaning methodologies are not capable of eradicating the try-in paste in its entirety, a negligible amount of residue has a negligible effect on the restorative effect. It is recommended that future research efforts concentrate on the development of novel multifunctional and highly compatible try-in paste. In addition, there is a need to explore more effective cleaning techniques and to expand their applications in digital restorations and interdisciplinary fields. This would promote continuous progress in the field of aesthetic restorative dentistry. This paper reviews the application progress of try-in paste in oral prosthodontics, including its mechanism of action, usage methods, application scenarios, influencing factors, cleaning methods, and existing issues, and provides prospects and suggestions for its development, with the aim of providing a reference and basis for the development of try-in paste.
