Professor Jin Jinsongs Stone-Expelling Decoction for Treating Kidney Stones: Clinical Experience Summary Based on Age Differences

• 摘要：近年来肾结石已逐渐成为威胁人们健康的代谢性结石病代表，金劲松教授临证治疗肾结石时，善以排石汤为基础方,根据患者的年龄差异，构建“青年实证-中年虚实夹杂-老年本虚”的三阶模型，提出青年宜峻下通淋、中年宜疏肝健脾、老年宜温阳化气为主的差异化治疗方案，彰显“通补相宜、因龄施治”的特色。本文通过从病因病机、治疗思路以及验案举隅等方面，总结金劲松教授的治疗经验，以期为日后治疗肾结石提供一些临床指导。

  Abstract: professor jin-song jin clinical treatment of kidney stones, according to the patients age difference, build youth empirical inclusion-middle-aged old this deficiency third order model, put forward youth appropriate jun under the lymph, middle-aged thin liver spleen, elderly appropriate warm Yang gas differentiation treatment, reveal complement appropriate, according to age treats characteristics. This paper summarizes the treatment experience of Professor Jin Jinsong from the aspects of etiology, treatment ideas and case examination, in order to provide some clinical guidance for the treatment of kidney stones in the future.
