Experience in Treating Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) with Sequential Kidney-Tonifying Therapy

• 摘要：重庆市名中医吴斌主任中医师在风湿病治疗领域积累了丰富的临床经验。系统性红斑狼疮是常见的风湿免疫疾病，激素作为该病的基础用药存在不可避免的副作用及依赖性，吴教授根据激素对阴阳平衡的影响，强调基于肾之阴阳进行辨证论治，针对此倡导“补肾序贯疗法”，以中西医结合诊治系统性红斑狼疮，中医药不仅有减毒增效之功，还可降低疾病复发率，提升临床治疗效率。

  Abstract: Chongqing Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Doctor Wu Bin has accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of rheumatic diseases. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a common rheumatic immune disease, hormones as the basic medication for the disease has unavoidable side effects and dependence, according to the effect of hormones on the balance of yin and yang, Professor Wu emphasized the identification and treatment based on the yin and yang of the kidneys, and advocated the “Sequential Kidney Replenishment Therapy”, which is a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for the diagnosis and treatment of SLE. Chinese medicine not only reduces the toxicity and increases the effect, but also reduces the recurrence of the disease and improves the efficiency of clinical treatment.
