Analysis on the Group Characteristics of Highly Cited Chinese Researchers in Medical Field

• 摘要：目的/意义 探究我国医学领域阶段性高层次人才特征,为制定人才培养政策、有效发挥我国科技人才作用提供参考。方法/过程 以爱思唯尔公司(Elsevier)2017-2021年“中国高被引学者”榜单为基础,分析医学领域连续5年入选者的分布格局和发展态势。结果/结论 入选“中国高被引学者”的专家主要集中在高校和科研院所,一定程度上与科研资源集聚呈正向关系,临床医学和药学学科(方向)入选人数优势明显,近5年来入选者大多保持了较高的科研产出和研究活跃度。基于分析结果,提出医学领域顶尖人才发展建议。

  Abstract: Purpose/Significance Research on the characteristics of high-level talents at different stages in the medical field, to provide references for formulating talent cultivation policies and effectively playing the role of scientific and technological talents in China. Method/Process Based on Elseviers 2017-2021 ” Highly Cited Chinese Researchers” list, we have analyzed and compared the distribution characteristics and development trend of candidates in the medical field for five years. Results/Conclusion The study shows that the candidates are mainly from universities and research institutes, which indicates that there is a positive relationship between scientific research achievements and scientific research resource agglomeration. The number of people involved in clinical medicine and pharmacy has a significant advantage. Through tracking the academic career of these candidates, it was found that most of the candidates hold a high level of scientific research output and academic activity in the past five years. Based on this research, this article proposes suggestions for the development of top talents in the medical field.
