Evaluation of the applicability of the Beliefs about medical questionnaire-Specific in HIV/AIDS patients receiving Highly Active Antiretroviral Therapy

• 摘要：目的 中文版服药信念量表特异版（BMQ - Specific）在艾滋病抗病毒治疗患者中的信度、效度检验。方法 2021年11-12月，根据云南省艾滋病流行情况选择3个治疗点共570名正在接受抗病毒治疗的患者为对象，采用I-CVI，S-CVI值评价内容效度并对各条目进行项目分析，采用探索性因素分析、验证性因子分析检验结构效度，采用8条目Morisky服药依从性问卷测量校标效度，以Cronbachs α、CITC、IDα、重测信度评价量表信度.结果 BMQ - Specific各条目具有良好的区分度，各项目得分与对应维度总分相关在0.647~0.819之间。各条目I-CVI为0.800～1.000,S-CVI为0.970。探索性因素分析和验证验证性因素分析结果显示模型拟合指标均在标准范围内（χ2/df=2.063，CFI=0.959，GFI=0.953，TLI=0.946，RMSEA=0.061，SRMR=0.061）。BMQ-Specific得分与各个效标量表得分均存在显著相关。信度分析结果显示必要性和顾虑性维度 Cronbachα系数分别为 0.844 和 0.800，两维度10个条目的CITC值均大 0.5，4周后服药必要性和顾虑性重测信度分别为0.786和0.753。结论 BMQ-Specific中文版在接受艾滋病抗病毒治疗患者中证实了有较好的适用性。

  Abstract: Objective Reliability and validity test of the Chinese version of Beliefs About Medical Questionnaire -Specific (BMQ - Specific) in HIV/AIDS patients receiving Highly Active Anti-retroviral Treatment（HAART）. Methods From November to December in 2021,570 HIV/AIDS patients receiving HAART in 3 clinical treatment sites were selected according to the prevalence of HIV in Yunnan Province. I-CVI, S-CVI were used to test content validity and item analysis was used to each item. Structural validity was tested by Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis.Criterion validity was measured by the Morisky medication adherence scale 8-item version.Cronbachs α, CITC, IDα , retest reliability were used to test reliability. Results BMQ-Specific had good discrimination, and the correlations between score of each item and the respective dimension total score ranged from 0.647~0.819.The results of exploratory factor analysis and validation confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fitting indicators were within the standard range (χ2/df=2.063，CFI=0.959，GFI=0.953，TLI=0.946，RMSEA=0.061，SRMR=0.061).The I-CVI of each item was between 0.800 to 1.000, and the S-CVI was 0.970. BMQ-Specific scores were significantly correlated with the MMAS-8. Reliability analysis showed that the Cronbach α of dimensions of necessity and concern were 0.844 and 0.800 respectively, and the CITC values of 10 items in the two dimensions were lager than 0.5，The test-retest reliability of the two dimensions with for-week interval was 0.786 and 0.753. Conclusion The Chinese version of BMQ-specific had proved its good applicability in HIV/AIDS patients receiving HAART.
