● Copyright

Authors retain copyright of their manuscripts and can choose from a number of distribution/reuse options，and the preprint system only has the right of permanent preservation of the thesis.

● Non-exclusive and irrevocable license

Authors must grant arXiv.org a non-exclusive and irrevocable license to distribute or certify that the work is available under another license that conveys these rights. Therefore, the author should pay attention to whether the publication policy of the journal is consistent with the preprint system.

● The PDF version of the paper published by the publisher

Unless the submitter or the preprint system has reached an agreement with the publisher, the submitter shall not submit the PDF version of the paper downloaded from the publisher's website to the preprint system. The publisher owns the copyright and format of the PDF version of the paper.

● Copyright statement of the submitter

If the submitter obtains permission from a publisher to submit a paper to the preprint system, the submitter needs to provide a description of "copyright commitment" on the first page of the paper as a copyright statement.
