The value of Mycoplasma pneumoniae RNA detection in the diagnosis and treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children

    Abstract: 正文肺炎支原体(MP)是全球儿童急性呼吸道感染的常见病原体1。在5岁以上儿童中,高达40%的社区获得性肺炎(CAP)病例是由MP引起的2, 3,在肺炎支原体感染人群中,儿童占77.13%,是主要的感染人群4。MP感染全年散发,每3~7年出现一次流行高峰。与其他病原引起的CAP相比,MP感染儿童由于临床症状特异度较低,且缺乏高灵敏度和特异度的实验室检查5,入院时的初始检出率较低。部分肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿如果不及时治疗,会发生严重的肺部并发症,如闭塞性支气管炎、支气管扩张、坏死性肺炎6, 7,约18%的病例需要住院治疗,且难治性患儿的发生率逐年增加1, 5。由于缺乏细胞壁,MP仅对特定抗生素敏感。如果在发病早期就进行准确的抗菌治疗,可以缩短病程,降低重症支原体肺炎的发病率5。因此早期明确诊断MPP对于尽早给予有效抗生素治疗及改善预后有重要的临床意义。
