Construction of a Biosafety Big Data Standard System Framework Based on the Delphi Method

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance This study aims to establish a framework for the biosafety big data standard system, providing technical reference and guidance for the development of related standards, enabling full-lifecycle governance of biosafety big data, and further enhancing the capability of data value discovery. Method/Process The literature analysis method was used to the indicator pool for the biological safety big data standard system framework, the three-dimensional structure method was employed to preliminarily construct the standard system framework, and the Delphi method was used for optimization and refinement. Results/Conclusion The research proposes a framework for a biological safety big data standard system, dividing the standards into seven major categories at the primary level, and 26 sub-categories at the secondary level. It strengthens the top-level design of biological safety big data standards, providing a reference for the development of biological safety big data standards.
