    Abstract: Exploring the technological innovation and challenges of medical big models, with a focus on analyzing the breakthrough paths of medical AI in cross modal data fusion, adaptation of doctors thinking patterns, and high-risk technical requirements for medical decision-making. Looking forward to how medical big models will promote the construction of smart hospitals and the reconstruction of medical service models in the future.
