Abstract: “The Spirit to Great Physician”is a medical ethics literature which has important influence in the history of ancient Chinese medicine.The viewpoints and standards proposed for the skills of medicine, the virtue of practicing medicine, and the method of achieving medicine have been passed down for a long time and have rich connotations.which helps to cultivate the confidence of medical students with the profound and diligent medical skills of a broad medical source;save people with sincerity, promoting the same level of sincere medical ethics and boosting morale;with a serious, responsible, humble, and rigorous medical style try to have a strong sense of ambition.At the same time,the realistic Enlightenment which“The Spirit to Great Physician”provides for us from institutional guarantee, environmental assistance and practical efficiency improvement are that we should adhere to the cultivation mode of integrating moral self-discipline with supervision and restraint;the cultivation atmosphere that vitality of beauty and harmony and unity;the cultivation measures that unify the cultivation of the“three qi” and the enhancement of the“ three senses”,at last aiming to cultivate medical students become more proud,confident and assured.
