Abstract: Objective/SignificanceThis paper discusses the method of constructing user portrait for medical researchers and the corresponding strategy of improving scientific research ability. Method/processBased on the user portrait theory, the user portrait construction model of medical researchers was proposed. Python language, ETL and Echarts tools are used to collect, pre-process, store and mine multi-source heterogeneous data required for constructing user portraits, and extract labels for user portrait visualization and empirical research. Results/ConclusionsBasic research education, practical opportunities, and collaboration with experienced researchers are key for potential caregivers and novice researchers. For research promotion groups, interdisciplinary collaboration, acquiring complex data analysis skills, and leading innovative research are the core of promotion. For senior experts in the field of research, the focus is on promoting cutting-edge research in the field, training a new generation of researchers, and effectively managing research projects and teams.
