The practice of the All-scenarios Smart Application in Hospital Logistics Management

  Abstract: The level of hospital logistics management directly affects the working efficiency of the hospital, and is closely related to the patients’ safety, health, and medical treatment experience. As the smart scenes in the hospital continue to expanse, Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital collaborates with Huawei to explore an all-scene smart system for logistics management based on Hospital Intelligent Twins, which shows advantages in the closed-loop management of the whole-process identification of people entering and exiting the hospital, the scheduling of facilities and equipment, the recycling and processing of medical waste, and so on, and improving the efficiency of the safe operation of hospital equipment, and the management of sanitation and security, which can provide a reference for developing standard, scientific and refined hospital logistics management.
