Abstract: Objective: In order to cope with the rapid increase of data in the era of big data in hospital archives information, integrate different types of archives of various departments in large and medium-sized hospitals to form an archives information management platform for information storage and management. This design and realization of an archive information management platform The model is based on the SpringCloud framework hospital archives information management platform. Method: Analyzed the needs of hospital archives like management platform, and based on the idea of SpringCloud microservices, built 7 microservice functions: outpatient management microservices, hospitalization management microservices, statistics management microservices, data center microservices, Shift management microservices, warehouse management microservices, and pharmacy management microservices. Microservices are developed based on the SpringBoot framework. Service registration and discovery are carried out between the microservices through the Eurak component, which realizes the information management of hospital archives. Results: The hospital file information management platform can better integrate the file information of different structures in various departments of large and medium-sized hospitals, and realize the sharing of hospital file information. Compared with the original file information management system, the efficiency has increased by more than 30%. It runs from the platform. Since then, the number of API calls for hospital file information exchange has reached an average of about 2,000 per day.Conclusion: The information management and sharing of hospital archives based on the SpringCloud framework designed and implemented this time has realized the informatization storage and management of all kinds of archive information in the hospital, and solved the problem of archive information sharing among various departments and departments.
