Development status and thinking of Internet hospitals in China from the perspective of public value theory

  Abstract: In recent years, new business models in the field of medical services have been emerging. Internet hospitals have shown great potential in online medical treatment and remote consultation. Based on the analysis of the development status and existing problems of domestic Internet hospitals, this paper constructs the strategic triangle model of Internet hospitals by using the public value theory, discusses the development of Internet hospitals in China from the three dimensions of "legitimacy and support", "operation ability" and "public value", and puts forward suggestions to promote the development of Internet hospitals from the perspective of strategy, system and standard.
