Abstract: In the field of health security governance, Thailand has not only greatly improved the country’s health and economic conditions, but also increased Thailand’s influence and voice in the field of health security in East Asia and the world. China and Thailand are both developing countries in East Asia. Thailand’s experience and path in participating in global and regional health security governance have important reference significance for China. This article analyzes how Thailand actively participates in global and regional health security governance at the macro, meso, and micro levels, which has important inspiration for improving China’s participation and influence in the field of health security governance. At the same time, it provides a case for China to strengthen its health and security cooperation with UN system agencies and Southeast Asian countries.
