Patient information sharing platform to promote inter-accreditation of medical lab test.

  Abstract: Inter-accreditation of medical examination is an inevitable trend in the development of health care, but the implementation effect has not been satisfactory since 2006. This paper studies the development status of Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hainan, and analyzes the causes from patients, doctors, interests, laws, media, and medical characteristics and so on. In the context of the era of encouraging the development of Internet + medical, private medical care and regional health information construction”, this study attempts to propose a solution to build a medical technology sharing platform. Whats more,the solution is elaborated from the aspects of construction operation and maintenance, participants, functional modules, technology support, supervision and inspection, positive role, and supporting mechanisms.
