Abstract: Liver fibrosis is a pathological process resulting from chronic and repetitive injury to the liver by harmful factors. However, the treatment of liver fibrosis remains a significant challenge. Recent studies have identified new mechanisms and signaling pathways involved in liver fibrosis, which may serve as potential targets for research. This study summarizes and reviews these new signaling pathways according to the biological events they regulate, which may provide theoretical basis for further elucidating the mechanisms and developing therapeutic strategies.
