Abstract: Objective:To explore the effects of dietary training under the combined stimulation of Jiuyu Dan ice and the Chinese Swallowing Safety and Efficacy Test (CSSET) on swallowing function in patients with stroke due to wind-phlegm obstruction.Methods:124 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for post-stroke dysphagia of wind phlegm obstruction type and were admitted to the inpatient department of Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital from January 2023 to June 2025 were randomly assigned to an observation group and a control group using a random number table, with 62 patients in each group. Finally, the entire experimental process was completed with 60 cases in the control group (excluding 2 cases) and 61 cases in the observation group (excluding 1 case). The control group received conventional rehabilitation training and feeding training under CSSET evaluation, while the observation group received feeding training under the stimulation of Jieyu Danbing combined with CSSET evaluation. Evaluate the swallowing function of two groups before and 4 weeks after intervention using the Functional Oral Intake Scale (FOIS), and compare the clinical efficacy, incidence of aspiration pneumonia, and gastric tube removal rate between the two groups. Result: After 4 weeks of intervention, the FOIS scores of both groups decreased significantly compared to before intervention, and the FOIS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group (86.89% vs 68.33%, P<0.05). The incidence of aspiration pneumonia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (24.59% vs 43.33%, P<0.05), and the removal rate of gastric tubes in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (65.57% vs 35.00%, P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of Jieyu Danbing stimulation combined with CSSET evaluation for feeding training can effectively improve swallowing function, reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia, and increase the removal rate of gastric tubes in patients with wind phlegm obstruction type stroke. The clinical efficacy is significant and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
