Abstract: Objective To analyze the current landscape, focal points, and development trends in research on Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder through the application of CiteSpace. Methods Literature on Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder published from January 1, 1995, to August 31, 2025, was retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang Data and VIP. Duplicates were removed using NoteExpress 4.2 software, and CiteSpace 6.3.R1 was employed to perform co-occurrence, clustering, and burst detection analyses of authors, institutions, and Keywords, as well as to generate knowledge graphs. Results A total of 298 articles were deemed eligible for inclusion in the analysis. The annual number of publications demonstrated an overall increasing trend, albeit with some fluctuations. The journal that published the most articles on this topic was theChinese Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine. (14 articles). The most prolific author was Chen Jiang (14 articles), and the institution with the highest output was Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (15 articles). High-centrality and high-frequency Keywords included Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder, ulcerative colitis, traditional Chinese medicine therapy, classical formula, and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Keywords were clustered into 10 categories, with network pharmacology, ulcerative colitis, and mechanism of action identified as the main burst terms in recent five years. Conclusion Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder is primarily used clinically for digestive system diseases and gynecological disorders. Research on clinical efficacy, mechanisms of action, and experimental validation has become a hotspot and trend in this field.
