Abstract: Purpose/Significance This short essay grounded in the theory of international regulation internalization, examines the extent to which global digital health strategies proposed by international organizations have been internalized into national policy practices across global and national level. It distills key insights for countries seeking to develop national digital health strategies aligned with their specific needs, offering guidance to support the effective implementation of such strategies. Method/Process Result Obtain publicly available strategies or policies on digital health from international organizations and representative countries, and analyze their developmental characteristics. Conclusion There is consistency in the internalization of digital health strategies across global, regional, and national levels. The establishment of unified, authoritative standards and guidelines serves as the foundation for effectively implementing these strategies. Digital health strategies have become a key accelerator for achieving universal health coverage and health-related Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
