  Abstract: Autoimmune hemolyticemia (AIHA) is a highly heterogeneous autoimmune disease, mostly warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia (wAIHA) and cold agglutinin disease (CAD). Glucocorticoids are still the first-line treatment for AIHA, but the long-term dependence and side effects of hormones are very obvious. The emergence of more new targeted drugs has provided new ideas for the treatment of AIHA, and the treatment of AIHA has also entered the era of targeted immunity.
