Abstract: 【】Objective: This study focuses on developing guidelines for the comprehensive evaluation of the clinical application of multi-source cardiopulmonary function evaluation and rehabilitation technology, aiming to provide scientific support for the whole-life-cycle management of such technologies. It is intended to ensure the safety, effectiveness, and reliability of these technologies in practical application, safeguard medical quality and patient safety, and promote the standardized application of the technologies. Methods: Through systematic basic research, the core framework of the guidelines was established. An interdisciplinary expert team was organized to carry out research on the development of the guidelines through thematic discussions and consensus-building, form the guideline text, and revise and improve it based on empirical research results and expert feedback. Result: Technical guidelines, methods, indicators, and procedures for the comprehensive evaluation of the clinical application of multi-source cardiopulmonary function assessment and rehabilitation technologies have been formulated. Conclusion: Through systematic sorting and demonstration, this study clarified the definition and multi-dimensional classification standards of multi-source cardiopulmonary function evaluation and rehabilitation technology, sorted out the key elements of the clinical application evaluation design for such technologies, and formulated index system and guidelines for the comprehensive evaluation of the clinical application of multi-source cardiopulmonary function evaluation and rehabilitation technology, providing a reference for the standardized application of technologies in this field.
