Abstract: Cardiac arrest (CA) is a significant public health issue severely threatening human life. High-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) can substantially improve survival rates and neurological outcomes in CA patients. Targeted monitoring and dynamic regulation are crucial prerequisites for achieving high-quality CPR. In recent years, with the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, AI has played an increasingly vital role in dynamic feedback and adjustment during CPR due to its efficiency, precision, and autonomous learning capabilities. This review summarizes the research progress on the application of AI in dynamic feedback and regulation during CPR and explores its potential clinical implications.

Key words: Cardiac arrest; Cardiopulmonary resuscitation; Artificial intelligence; Perfusion index; End-tidal carbon dioxide.
