Abstract: Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecologic malignant tumors in pregnancy. The increasing age of women at childbirth and a rising incidence of tumors in younger individuals have led to a growing occurrence of cervical cancer during pregnancy due to a convergence in the peak ages for both conditions. The complexity of managing this dual condition, compounded by the limited availability of extensive cohort studies and clinical trials, underscores the necessity for a treatment approach that prioritizes the well-being of both the mother and the fetus, while upholding medical ethics. This typically involves the collaboration of multidisciplinary teams to conduct a thorough assessment of the patients condition and devise individualized treatment plans. This study presents a case of cervical cancer complicating pregnancy that was addressed by a multidisciplinary team. The patient underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy (neoadjuvant chemotherapy,NACT) followed by a planned cesarean section to conclude the pregnancy, in conjunction with a radical hysterectomy. The treatment regimen and subsequent outcomes for both the mother and the fetus were meticulously monitored and assessed. The primary objective of this study was to delineate optimal treatment strategies, intervention timing, and pregnancy termination schedules for instances of cervical cancer during pregnancy. The research aims to mitigate treatment delays, provide valuable clinical perspectives, and improve neonatal prognosis through evidence-based approaches.
