Abstract: Purpose/Significance To explore the strategies for constructing a data-sharing platform for the full chain of high-quality development of Shanghais innovative drug industry, with the expectation of promoting the digital transformation and high-quality development of the innovative drug industry. Method/Process The existing problems of data disconnection in Shanghais innovative drug industry were analyzed, including governance dilemma of research data, closed production data, and lagging usage data. A comprehensive full-chain data-sharing platform architecture was proposed, covering the infrastructure layer, technical support layer, application module layer, and user interaction layer. Result/Conclusion The construction of this data-sharing platform can systematically address the data disconnection issues, break down information silos between different stages, and achieve closed-loop management of the entire lifecycle data from drug research and development to production and clinical use. This will enhance the efficiency and quality of the innovative drug industry and provide a solid data foundation for the advent of the personalized medicine era.
