Abstract: The Golden Mirror of the Doctor is a great clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine compiled by Wu Qian, a doctor of the Qing Dynasty. In Fu Ke Xin Fa Yao Jue, the Syndrome of Bubo Syndrome and Bubos hernia, the author describes in detail that the onset of Zheng Jia of women is influenced by many factors such as diet, cold, emotion, etc., which leads to the disorder of Qi and Blood, and the blood stasis from the meridian obstructs the uterine cell and becomes a disease over time. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, Qi and Blood together constitute and coordinate the life activities of the human body, women are born with blood, and the dysfunction of qi and blood will lead to the formation of many diseases. Fu Ke Xin Fa Yao Jue clearly states the difference between disease and lump, and concludes that its etiology and pathogenesis are in a word, not in the Qi division or in the blood division. During treatment, it is necessary to identify the function of Qi and blood, balance Yin and Yang, and combine the treatment of disease stages. The record of Zheng Jia in Fu Ke Xin Fa Yao Jue has its own characteristics, which is of great guiding significance for the treatment of syndrome differentiation in later generations.
