The integration of scientist spirit, medical professionalism and spirit of educators in the construction of teachers ethics and style in medical colleges and universities

    Abstract: The ethics and style of teachers in medical colleges and universities are directly related to the realization of medical students growth. The spirit of scientists, doctors and educators has commonalities in patriotism, innovation and humanistic care, and contains a rich core of education, which is the precious wealth of medical colleges and universities to cultivate teachers ethics and style. This paper starts with the significance of the construction of teachers ethics in medical colleges, analyzes the connotation of the three spirits, and proposes practical paths such as strengthening typical selection tree, improving organizational system, strengthening education and training, and implementing supervision and assessment from four dimensions of goal, motivation, content and evaluation, in order to provide some references for strengthening the construction of teachers ethics and ethics in medical colleges in the new era.
