  Abstract: Using advanced cloud platform architecture, artificial intelligence and big data analysis technology, this paper designs and implements a medical insurance intelligent monitoring system based on DRG payment big data, which realizes the intelligent monitoring of medical insurance fund covering the whole process of DRG fund settlement, so as to guide and evaluate the behavior and results of medical service supply side, optimize the allocation of health resources, improve the governance ability of medical insurance institutions and achieve value-based health care.
