On the Treatment of Perimenopausal Syndrome Based on the Yuanqi Theory

• 摘要：围绝经期综合征的病理本质为“肾-天癸-冲任轴”失衡，本文基于“元气学说”理论，提出“元气亏虚为本，木郁为标”的核心病机。通过梳理经典古籍，系统阐释“元气学说”与生殖衰老的关联机制。自拟养元达郁汤，创新性提出“培补元气，木郁达之”的治疗原则。文章旨在深入分析通过元气学分析围绝经期综合征的病因病机，并探讨采用养元达郁汤治疗本病的临床价值及潜在优势。

  Abstract: The pathological essence of climacteric syndrome is the imbalance of the Kidney-Tiangui-Chong and Ren Axis. on the theory of Yuan Qi, this article proposes the core pathogenesis of Yuan Qi deficiency is the root, and Wood depression is the symptom By sorting out classical ancient books, the correlation mechanism between Yuan Qi and reproductive aging is systematically interpreted. A self-formulated “Yangyuan Dayu Decoction” proposed, and an innovative treatment principle of nourishing and replenishing Yuan Qi, and soothing the Wood depression is proposed. This article aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of perimenopausal syndrome from the perspective of Yuan Qi, and to explore the clinical value and potential advantages of using “Yangyuan Dayu Decoction” in the treatment of this condition.
